Canadian insurance clients are placing greater value on professional expertise and tailored advice, according to recent findings from Insurance Business Canada (IBC) – and now the cream of the crop for providing that advice are taking the spotlight.
Insurance Business Canada’s annual search for leading insurance brokers aims to highlight professionals who consistently act in their clients’ best interests.
Between May 19 and June 13, IBC conducted a nationwide survey and outreach campaign, inviting insurance clients to nominate and rate their brokers across six distinct service categories.
Brokers who received the most nominations and achieved an average rating of at least four were recognised as Top Insurance Brokers for 2025. This recognition is based solely on service quality, not on sales volume or revenue.
