In a series of shareholder meetings held earlier this month, three major Canadian financial companies, namely: Great-West Lifeco, Sun Life Financial and Manulife Financial, reported the results of their director elections, with all proposed nominees successfully elected.
These meetings reflect the ongoing corporate governance process that ensures leadership continuity and aligns with shareholders’ interests.
