Spotlight Canada’s future insurance trailblazers

Insurance Business Canada is once again on the lookout for exceptional young professionals shaping the insurance industry for the 2026 Rising Stars.

To be eligible, candidates must:

• be aged 35 or under on August 1, 2026
• work in a role that relates to, interacts with, or impacts the Canadian general insurance industry
• be committed to a career in, and hold a passion for, the insurance industry
• never previously been named in the Insurance Business Canada Rising Stars (or Young Guns) lists

Taking part in this yearly ranking offers opportunities for young professionals to enhance their industry profiles.

Winners will be selected with the assistance of an independent advisory panel from the Canadian Association of Black Insurance Professionals (CABIP), the Canadian Association of Managing General Agents (CAMGA), the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO), NFP and the Toronto Insurance Council.
