QuickFacts has introduced a Commercial Product Line to its Comparisons platform, providing commercial brokers with a centralized source for accessing insurance documents.
The new offering includes material from over 40 carriers and more than 12,119 uploaded items, including approximately 3,050 fillable forms. The product is intended to reduce reliance on multiple carrier portals by consolidating access in one location.
QuickFacts Commercial is a document hub where brokers can locate manuals, wordings, endorsements, applications, forms, job aids, and rate calculators. Fillable PDFs with reference numbers are also included. A tool for side-by-side IRCA comparisons will be added in a future update, based on a format used in QuickFacts’ Personal Lines product.
The platform is designed to reflect the structure of the commercial insurance market, where application procedures and product details vary by carrier. Documents are grouped by product rather than type, and artificial intelligence is used to support data organization and navigation.
QuickFacts president and CEO Christy Barsalou (pictured right) said that locating the correct documents can be a significant task for brokers. She noted that many carrier portals are difficult to navigate and often lack search functionality, which can increase the time required to find the necessary forms.
Product manager Nathalie Gauthier Jacobi said that brokers have expressed frustration with searching through multiple portals to locate even basic forms. The new product line is expected to help commercial brokers access needed documents more efficiently than traditional methods. By offering a single search interface, QuickFacts aims to simplify document retrieval, with all content maintained by the company’s technology and team.
QuickFacts plans to introduce additional features to support brokers in navigating commercial lines, including tools that use artificial intelligence for more advanced comparison capabilities. The company has indicated that future updates will focus on improving speed and access to information within broker workflows.
