ONE Insurance Group has added another brokerage to its growing network in Manitoba with the acquisition of Patill / St. James Insurance, a firm located on Portage Avenue in Winnipeg.
The deal, effective August 1, marks ONE Insurance’s 29th location across the province and reinforces its strategy of expanding through local partnerships.
Patill / St. James has been part of the Winnipeg insurance community for decades, building its reputation on personalized service and strong neighbourhood ties. Nicholas Rawluk, president and CEO of ONE Insurance, said the brokerage’s strong reputation for community involvement and customer care fits closely with ONE Insurance’s own approach. He noted that the integration allows the group to offer clients more expertise and product options, while maintaining the local, client-first service that smaller brokerages are known for.
