With just days left to submit nominations, we’re excited to reveal the judges for Insurance Business Canada’s Rising Stars 2026.

The judging panel includes:

• Richard McGee - co-founder and director of membership & development at Canadian Association of Black Insurance Professionals (CABIP)
• MaryKate Townsend - past president at Canadian Association of Managing General Agents (CAMGA)
• Crystal Kaustinen - director at Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO)
• Mila Araujo - AVP, DigitalShield, personal cyber practice leader North America at NFP
• Lisa Ivan - director; senior director, head of national programs - WTW at Toronto Insurance Council
