The call for nominations opened in March 2025, inviting insurance professionals nationwide to put forward young colleagues demonstrating dedication to the industry.
To qualify, candidates had to be no older than 35 by July 1, 2025, and not previously named on IBC’s Rising Stars or Young Guns lists.
