APOLLO Insurance has released an updated version of its Broker Portal, aiming to streamline digital insurance transactions and support brokers in managing small commercial and personal policies more efficiently.
The changes include a redesigned interface, new product offerings and expanded workflow management tools, developed in response to direct feedback from brokers.
The enhanced platform includes a new Owned Condo and Townhouse insurance product, along with updates to several of APOLLO’s existing digital lines. The redesigned interface is intended to help brokers quote, bind and issue coverage more quickly, particularly for standard transactions.
According to APOLLO, the digital-first approach remains a key feature, with policy documentation available online and transactions fully paperless.
The updated portal also introduces tiered access functionality, enabling brokerage firms to coordinate client accounts across teams. This structure aims to improve operational oversight while maintaining broker autonomy in servicing accounts.
“These Broker Portal updates come as a direct response to feedback from our broker partners,” said Bryan Kinney, vice-president of underwriting and insurance product at APOLLO. “We’re continually investing in our platform to make it even easier for brokers to serve clients quickly, efficiently, and independently.”
Through the portal, brokers can complete endorsements for tenant insurance, access Certificates of Insurance, and issue policies within minutes. The updates are part of APOLLO’s broader strategy to support brokers with tools that improve efficiency and reduce administrative tasks.
In addition to the platform changes, APOLLO said it would continue to refine its product range, pricing, and eligibility guidelines. These efforts aim to give brokers greater flexibility in providing timely and appropriate coverage options to clients, especially in the competitive small commercial space.
To support the launch, APOLLO will host a webinar on Tuesday, June 24. The session will include a walkthrough of the updated portal features and a live Q&A segment. Registration for the event is now open to all brokers within the APOLLO network.
