Many venues / show hosts now require each party involved in the event to carry their own liability coverage, including performers. Provides General Liability and Property coverage for many types of performers such as musicians, singers, dancers, DJs, actors, buskers, street performers, karaoke operators, rock / pop bands and much more. Excludes all performances in nightclubs.

This program provides protection when lawsuits are brought against individuals, organizations or companies who host single / multi-day functions with alcohol service. Designed for event hosts who are holding reception-type events in a rented facility. A valid liquor permit or license must be in place for service of alcohol IN A RENTED FACILITY. Events on Private property do not require a liquor license in place

Coverages: Contents | Property Damage

Insures against direct physical loss or damage to Miscellaneous Property items while in the care, custody or control of the insured. A copy of the rental contract is required if applicable. Coverage is available on a per-day basis up to one year. This is an All Risk / Named Perils policy with the option of Actual Cash Value or Replacement Cost coverage.  Policy details are customized with each request. PAL does not offer liability coverage under this policy. PAL does not offer any coverage for property while in transit.
