PAL's Weddinguard program provides the Liquor Liability coverage that many wedding venues require couples to obtain for their wedding, plus many more financial protections that will give peace of mind in those critical days leading up to the wedding day. Coverages include insurance for cakes, flowers, bridal attire, and much more. Can be applied for up to one year in advance of the wedding.

Sports Liability includes general liability coverage for the host of the sporting event and coverage for injury to participants for sporting activities that qualify. This coverage protects against lawsuits brought on by a third party alleging that a bodily injury or property damage has been sustained by either an athletic participant or spectator for which the host individual or organization is liable (some restrictions apply).

EXCLUDING: NIGHTCLUBS, HOUSE PARTIES, PRIVATE PARTIES, FRAT PARTIES, COLLEGE / UNIVERSITY PARTIES.

This program provides protection when lawsuits are brought against individuals, organizations or companies who host single / multi-day functions with alcohol service. Designed for event hosts who are holding reception-type events in a rented facility. A valid liquor permit or license must be in place for service of alcohol IN A RENTED FACILITY. Events on Private property do not require a liquor license in place

Coverages: Commercial General Liability | Public Liability

Provides annual coverage for event planners. Designed for small to medium sized businesses that typically plan 1 to 100 events per year with a gross revenue between $10,000 and $500,000.  Typical events planned could include weddings, conferences, small concerts, corporate launches, exhibitions and more. Commercial General Liability with limits from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 with a deductible of $1,000. Coverage is offered for event planning operation only.

This policy is meant to respond with respect to cancellation, abandonment, postponement, interruption or relocation of an event (in whole or in part), provided always that the cause for such loss is beyond the host’s control and the control of any other party that is key to the success of the Event.
