Insurance Business’s latest research has identified the leading insurance companies to work for in Australia and New Zealand in 2025.
The findings reflect employee perspectives on workplace support and investment in areas that matter most to staff, both professionally and personally.
The evaluation began with insurance organisations in both countries invited to submit information about their workplace policies, benefits, and practices.
Employees from these organisations then participated in an anonymous survey, rating their employers on a five-point scale across several criteria, including compensation, benefits, organisational culture, opportunities for professional development, and approaches to diversity and inclusion.
To be eligible for recognition, each company needed to secure a minimum number of employee responses, based on its workforce size.
Only those achieving an average satisfaction score of at least 75% were included in the Top Insurance Employers for 2025 list.
