Insurance Business is calling for entries to Top Insurance Employers 2026, with the deadline at the end of this week.
The resulting report will shine a light on workplaces excelling across all aspects of employee experience, as rated by their employees, giving recognition to organisations where people feel valued and supported.
This is a key opportunity for insurers, brokerages and intermediaries to stand out in a competitive talent market – not just by claiming to be people-first, but by backing it up with independent employee feedback. Participating organisations complete a concise employer entry and then circulate an anonymous staff survey, gaining insight into what is working and where they can improve.
Organisations that reach 75% satisfaction or higher will be featured in the Top Insurance Employers 2026 report on the Insurance Business website in July, reinforcing their employer brand with the wider market.
Entries close on Friday, March 13.
