Steadfast Group has launched applications for its 2026 Graduate Program, targeting students and recent graduates from a wide range of disciplines. The 12-month program will commence in February next year, offering full-time roles with hybrid working arrangements based in Sydney.
Applications are open to those who have studied Actuarial Studies, Business, Commerce, Data Science and Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing. The program offers a salary package between $70,000 and $80,000.
Participants will complete four rotations, each lasting three months, across core areas of the business. These include underwriting, broking support, operations, and digital transformation. The rotational model is designed to provide cross-functional exposure and practical experience within the insurance sector.
Ferzana Yale, chief people officer at Steadfast Group, said the program is designed to attract graduates interested in contributing to an evolving industry.

Applications for the program close in approximately one month.
