Oracle Group Australia (OGA) is undergoing a leadership shake-up, with the heads of its New South Wales and Queensland operations stepping away from the business.

Jacob Ross and Matthew Denehy, executive directors of Oracle Group (NSW) Pty Ltd (OGN) and Oracle Group (QLD) Pty Ltd (OGQ), will officially exit the group on July 18. Their departures follow their recent resignations from the OGA board.

Both regional entities, OGN and OGQ, will now begin transitioning to a new licensee.

Although OGA did not disclose further details about the transition process, the company acknowledged the outgoing directors for their roles within the group.

“Our business is evolving and our board remains laser-focused and committed to our Authorised Representatives. We are moving forward in a unified manner, with a focus on growth and innovation,” OGA managing director Jane Martin said.

OGA maintains a nationwide insurance broking network built on its Authorised Representative model, with more than $150 million in gross written premium. The group currently works with over 50 Corporate Authorised Representatives and a network of 160 professionals across Australia.
