Insurance Business has released the results of its 2025 Brokers on Insurers survey, highlighting the Australian insurers that brokers rate highest based on service, responsiveness, and operational performance.
The annual survey canvassed insurance brokers across Australia, asking them to assess the insurers they had worked with over the past year.
Participants rated 10 insurers on 11 performance indicators, which included processing times for new business and claims, communication standards, service consistency, and premium competitiveness.
Scores were calculated to rank the insurers, with top performers in each category receiving gold, silver, or bronze status.
Overall scores were also compiled to determine the recipients of the Insurer of the Year designation.
