Nominations for the Insurance Business Hot List 2026 are in full swing, and readers are encouraged to put forward the professionals whose leadership has made a clear difference over the past year.

The list highlights individuals who have spearheaded new initiatives in the insurance space and played a key role in driving the industry forward amid evolving market dynamics and emerging challenges.

Last year’s process resulted in 70 executives being selected for their contributions to innovation, organisational performance and sector leadership. 

Insurance Business is again seeking nominations for:

• Leaders who have driven strategic or operational change in challenging conditions.
• Professionals who have delivered standout results for clients, brokers or communities.
• Innovators who have improved underwriting, claims, distribution or customer experience.

Self-nominations and nominations on behalf of colleagues, managers, mentors and emerging leaders are all welcome.
