QBE Australia Pacific has announced the launch of its Customer Solutions Panel (CSP), a new initiative designed to provide business clients with a centralised platform for accessing a broad range of risk management services.

The CSP brings together more than 25 specialist organisations, offering solutions for workplace safety, business resilience, compliance, telematics, fire protection, health and wellbeing, and more.

New panel aims to streamline risk solution access for businesses

According to QBE, the panel is intended to help businesses address an evolving risk environment by connecting them with trusted providers.

Clients and broker partners can access the CSP directly or through QBE’s Risk Solutions team, with the option for additional implementation support for more complex needs.

Matthew Fermanis, head of risk solutions at QBE Australia Pacific, said the company has observed positive outcomes by linking clients with providers suited to their particular risk requirements.

“The Customer Solutions Panel allows us to scale that success by offering specialised services that make a real difference to our customers’ businesses,” he said.

Flexible engagement and ongoing expansion

QBE clients can engage with the CSP either directly with the providers or through the insurer’s Risk Solutions team.

For tailored or complex risk interventions, QBE may offer additional support to ensure effective implementation.

The panel is designed to be dynamic, with QBE planning to add more providers and expand service offerings as business needs and risk profiles evolve.

“The panel gives our customers access to credible providers and innovative solutions all while saving time and simplifying implementation. It’s a smarter, more integrated way to manage risk,” Fermanis said.

Supporting brokers and business resilience

QBE positions the CSP as part of its broader strategy to support brokers and clients with practical tools and partnerships that extend beyond traditional insurance coverage.

The company said the initiative reflects its commitment to helping businesses strengthen their resilience in a changing risk environment.

“This initiative is a testament to our commitment to delivering value beyond insurance – supporting brokers and our customers with practical tools and trusted partnerships to better manage risk and strengthen business resilience,” Fermanis said.
