McLardy McShane Group has announced a restructure and now has two CEOs. Meg Long is the new CEO of McLardy McShane Partners (MMP) and Nick McLardy will take over as CEO of McLardy McShane Insurance Advisors (MMIA). MMP and MMIA are the two main parts of the company.
The changes were announced today at the firm’s Annual Group Conference in the Blue Mountains. A media release said longstanding leaders and co-founders, CEO Don McLardy (main picture) and director Mike McShane, have moved into executive board roles.
“These two young professional leaders have helped us build a great company which is poised to have an even bigger industry presence in future years,” said outgoing CEO Don McLardy.
The release said the restructure follows “extremely strong growth.” More than 45 authorised representatives (ARs) and seven joint venture branches have joined the broker network over the past 12 months. The Group now has more than 150 ARs.
