Industry experts to tackle D&O at intensive insurance course

Some of Australia’s best insurance law experts will descend upon the Gold Coast next week to deliver a two-day intensive training course for the industry.

Legal eagles will deliver a variety of presentations at the Annual Insurance Law Intensive including insolvent trading and directors & officers liability, product liability, workplace health and safety, and workers compensation.

There will also be a session on mediation and a debate along with sessions on emerging industry risks.

Confirmed speakers are Edward Rawnsley, executive manager, professional and financial risks, at Suncorp Group, David Williams, partner BDO Australia, Glen Ferguson, Workcover Queensland chairman, and Donna Niblock, senior underwriter at Crisis Management Solutions, Liberty International.

The event takes place on 23rd to 24th May, 2013, at the Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa, Gold Coast.
