Insurance Business has opened nominations for the Hot List 2026, celebrating the executives and professionals driving the Australian and New Zealand insurance markets forward.
Last year’s Hot List recognised the top insurance executives and professionals who are not only facing evolving challenges but are also devising innovative ways to deal with them and lead the industry forward.
To build the list each year, the IB team surveys the industry and conducts independent research on the Australian and New Zealand insurance sector to find the most influential leaders who have made significant impact over the previous 12 months.
For 2026, the search begins again for top leaders in insurance, whether it’s executives setting strategy and leading through market volatility, brokers guiding clients through complex, evolving risks or innovators using data, technology and new models to improve outcomes.
Self-nominations are welcome, alongside nominations for peers, mentors, managers and rising leaders.
Nominate through this online form by February 13.
The final report will be published on the Insurance Business Australia and Insurance Business New Zealand websites in May.
