As embedded insurance becomes more common across digital platforms, Cover Genius is reshaping its leadership team the appointment of Jennifer Aubert Parker (pictured left) as chief revenue officer and Nidhi Daga (pictured right) as global senior vice president for marketing.

According to CEO Gus McDonald, the appointments come as Cover Genius expands its embedded protection business globally and deepens its work with digital platform partners.

“Jennifer and Nidhi join us at a pivotal moment… Partners need platforms they can rely on at a global scale. Jennifer and Nidhi bring the experience needed to build with discipline, move with speed and deliver consistently for our partners and their customers,” McDonald said.

Parker will take on oversight of revenue strategy, sales, partner growth, insurance and marketing. According to the company, her role will focus on expanding partner ecosystems, supporting growth and improving commercial performance through data and AI-enabled insights.

Before joining Cover Genius, Parker worked across global B2B and fintech platforms, leading teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Her experience includes digital transformation work, supporting multi-market business growth and integrating AI into commercial operations.

“Cover Genius has built a platform that removes friction from protection and turns it into a seamless extension of the customer experience. The opportunity to help scale that impact globally, with partners at the centre, is incredibly compelling,” Parker said.

Daga has also joined the executive leadership team, with Cover Genius citing her experience in global marketing, growth strategy, brand development, and product marketing across technology, fintech and insurtech.

In her new role, Daga will lead the company’s global marketing and brand strategy. Cover Genius said her remit will include how the business is presented across markets, as well as ensuring its AI-first platform and capabilities are communicated consistently as it expands across partners, regions and verticals.

“Cover Genius is solving a complex problem at global scale, operating across regulation, technology, and customer experience. An AI-first approach allows us to innovate faster for partners and customers, whilst also strengthening how we build, operate and scale internally. I’m excited to help build a brand that reflects the strength of the platform and the ambition of the team behind it,” Daga said.

Cover Genius said it has now protected more than 41 million customers worldwide through over 100 million policies sold via API integrations with major digital platforms. The company said the latest appointments are part of its effort to build out leadership capacity for its next stage of growth.
