Insurance Business has revealed its list of the best insurance brokers in Australia for 2025. The annual Top Insurance Brokers report highlights professionals who have demonstrated high standards of client service in a changing market environment.
The report notes a shift in client expectations over the past year, with 93% of clients now seeking new policy turnaround within a week and 98% expecting brokers to reach out before policy expiry. These expectations have prompted brokers to adapt their practices and prioritise timely communication and service delivery.
To compile the 2025 list, Insurance Business Australia conducted a national survey from July 21 to August 8. Insurance clients and industry peers were invited to nominate brokers and rate them on six key service criteria. Brokers who received the highest number of nominations and an average score of eight or above were included in the final ranking. The selection process focused on service quality rather than financial metrics.
