Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) has launched “Coins,” a new loyalty rewards program aimed at making insurance more rewarding for customers across the country.

The Coins program allows both new and existing customers to earn loyalty points called Coins through various interactions with QIC. Customers can accumulate Coins by downloading the QIC App, creating a personal profile, purchasing or renewing insurance policies, and even by using non-insurance services such as home car wash and car detailing, all accessible via the QIC App and qic.online.

The program also rewards users for participating in customer satisfaction surveys and other interactive activities. Coins can be redeemed through the app for in-kind gifts and lifestyle products.

“We have innovatively designed our Coins rewards program to transform everyday insurance into a truly rewarding experience for all the people of Qatar,” Ahmed Al Jarboey, QIC’s chief operating officer – Qatar Operations, said in a press release.

“QIC’s web and mobile platforms have become the preferred platforms for both insurance and non-insurance services in Qatar, and we are confident that the new scheme will help us cement this position, deepening our relationship with our valued customers.”
