Prudent Insurance Brokers, a composite insurance broker headquartered in India, has appointed Manvinder Kaur (pictured) as its deputy chief human resources officer.
In her new capacity, Kaur will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, with a mandate to support its ongoing business development and workforce initiatives.
Kaur’s professional experience spans more than 20 years, covering various aspects of human resources such as organisational development, performance management, and talent acquisition. Her background includes leading projects focused on leadership development and managing organisational transformation across multiple industries.
Pavanjit Singh Dhingra, joint managing director at Prudent Insurance Brokers, said Kaur’s extensive background in developing effective teams and advancing talent initiatives will be valuable as the brokerage continues to expand.

Before joining Prudent Insurance Brokers, Kaur worked at ICICI Lombard General Insurance for nearly seven years, where she was responsible for talent management, recruitment, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her earlier career includes 14 years in several sectors, providing her with a broad perspective on HR practices.
Kaur holds a degree in production engineering and an MBA in human resources from ICFAI Business School in Hyderabad.
In a separate leadership move earlier this year, Prudent Insurance Brokers announced that Amjad Khan has joined the company as chief growth officer for its international and employee benefits business.
Khan’s responsibilities include leading growth strategies, expanding business lines, and improving client engagement, with a particular focus on the employee benefits segment in both domestic and international markets.
Khan has more than two decades of experience in the insurance sector, having held senior positions at firms such as Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers, JB Boda Insurance Broking, Medimanage Insurance Broking, and ICICI Lombard General Insurance. His expertise covers benefits consulting, healthcare strategy, and international business operations.
Khan’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in business management from RA Podar College of Commerce and Economics, an MBA in marketing and insurance from Mumbai University’s GICED, and an Associateship in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.
