Insurance Business Asia has announced its 2025 Top Insurance Employers, highlighting organizations that have earned high marks from their employees across the region.
The results indicate that insurance professionals in Asia continue to value fundamental workplace benefits above all else.
Key priorities include dependable health coverage, flexible work arrangements, adequate time off, and stable retirement plans.
These elements remain central to fostering a trustworthy relationship between insurance employers and their staff.
The selection process began with an open invitation to insurance organizations throughout Asia to submit details about their workplace practices and employee benefits.
Employees from these companies then participated in an anonymous survey, rating their employers on a five-point scale in areas such as compensation, benefits, workplace culture, professional development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
To qualify for the final list, organizations needed to secure a minimum number of employee responses, proportionate to their workforce size.
Only those companies achieving an average satisfaction score of at least 75% were recognized as Top Insurance Employers for 2025.
